The National EPC Company will provide your new build property with a SAP rating showing how much CO2 the property will generate through its energy use.

We will also supply a Recommendation Report which includes advice and suggestions on improvements you could make to save money and energy.

A SAP Assessment is required for each property type and an updated SAP is required for properties completed before 2005. Rest assured, however, the pricing structure at The National EPC Company takes into account any previous SAP calculations completed. Order now

Everyone at The National EPC Company is passionate about working to reduce energy wastage and CO2 emissions in the UK. But we also understand the implications regulations have on the building process. That's why we've worked hard to become the most efficient provider of new build EPCs to help you obtain the necessary certifications for your property, without delays to the build program.
For every new home built there are two EPC requirements. Firstly, an EPC needs to be submitted to the Building Control Officer in order for the final completion certificate to be signed off. Secondly, the EPC is required to be shown to prospective buyers or tenants.

Furthermore, any building work done to an existing home which creates or combines a separate dwelling which has heating and/or air conditioning, will also require an EPC to be compliant with Building Regulations, Approved Inspector Regulations and the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations.
