Also known as Operational Certificates as the energy assessment will include the amount of fuel used over periods up to three years as part of the calculation.

Display Energy Certificates must be displayed to the public on all publicly accessed or publicly owned buildings over 1,000sq.ft.

Property managers will need to have annual energy meter readings available.
